English ability goes down

Nothing is stable all the time; nothing is in a sole trend all the time. Recently I find my English skills went down obviously, I don’t mind; just try my best to keep learning. Holiday is coming, I won’t go back hometown due to little achievement I made during recent months. No money income, only pay out, that is me, oh, my god, what should I do next.
